Dear Crystal,
I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for all of your help on my Estate Sale. I don’t think, wait, I KNOW that I would not have been able to do it without you. Your organization skills, demeanor and professionalism kept me so calm throughout the whole sale. From start to finish you was there every step of the way, physically and mentally. You were always available to answer questions, give helpful hints, and just be so professional. Day one of the sale was great. It was very busy as you had warned, and all of your regular customers were so nice. Day two was also great. We weren’t as busy as day one but you warned us of that so it was ok. Then came day three! Wow, you have some loyal customers. They were there bright and early to get the sale started and we were busy all morning long. Then, the best was yet to come. At about 30 minutes before the sale was to end, a lovely couple came in and bought everything out! I couldn’t believe it! Not only did we have a great sale, but we were bought completely out! Nothing left to cart away. Nothing, nada, zilch! AND, they vacuumed after they picked everything up! It was so awesome. I am referring you to everyone I know. You are the best at what you do.

What I am most grateful for!

I was trying to get an estate sale scheduled with only about a week notice, Crystal came to my rescue and ended my major panic attacks. My parent's home was about 1400 square feet. In about five hours, Crystal and her great team had priced and displayed over 90% of the furniture and cabinet and closet contents.

I thought I had found all personal financial items. I missed a checkbook that a member of Crystal's team found and gave to me the pricing day. Bless her! The way Crystal's ad as presented in the Express News really made the sale stand out.

Crystal's cleanup crew had the house looking as good as it did before the sale. They also took for donation the unsold items for me saving a huge headache. They even managed to take out a couple of very heavy furniture items

On July 15th, 16th, and 17th, 2010, Crystal's Complete Estate Sales handled the sale of the contents of the house belonging to the Estate of Jo Ann Solorio with efficiency, effectiveness and professionalism.  You kept me, the executor of the Estate, informed during the preparations leading up to the three day sale, which gave me a high level of confidence and comfort that everything was going as contracted.  You also kept me informed of the total proceeds of the sale at the end during the three days of the sale.  Then at the end of the sale I promptly received a check for the amount that the Estate earned from your efforts to sell the contents of the house minus the fair percentage paid for your companies services with which I was completely satisfied.  The optional services that I bought for the Full Service Cleaning is what impressed me the most.  On my inspection of the Estate after the sale was over I was amazed at the job you and your folks did in removing every bit of trash from the house and garage area.  Since the house was placed on the market shortly before the sale, I wanted it to be "realtor ready" at the end of the sale.  You and your folks made the house realtor ready indeed.  As a result of my experience with you and your company I would recommend Crystal's Complete Estate Sales to anyone.
