I don’t have enough words to say how pleased we are with Crystal and her team for their thoroughness and professionalism. As my wife and I live in another state we were totally at Crystal’s mercy to plan and carry out the sale without us being there; we were very comfortable leaving her in charge of the house and property. From sorting, organizing, staging, to clean-up, she kept us in the loop as to what she was doing all along the way. She communicated with us on a daily basis, complete with photos and Facetime so we could see the progress she was making. We had to empty a large home in San Antonio after family passed and there was just a TON of things in the home. Crystal and her team came in, gave us a very fair proposal and took care of EVERYTHING from that point on. As we live out of State, we relied on her and her expertise and she did an AMAZING job for their estate. Virtually everything sold, and she realized a really good number for us, even exceeding her original thoughts on the contents. Her professional display and organization and promotion of the sale was truly incredible. Look for pictures for 9222 Dover Ridge on her Facebook page as an example of what she does. She gave us a full accounting each day of the results as well as the total. We received a check very promptly when the sale was over. She even found a fair amount of cash squirreled away that she accounted for on a separate item outside of sale, and sent us another check for that full amount. We couldn't be happier with Crystal and we would STRONGLY encourage ANYONE having to clear out a home for an estate to get her over ASAP and sign up with her. We endorse her without reservation, she's just amazing! We would again like to personally thank you for the fantastic job you and your crew members did during our recent estate sale. From the first day we met, you took complete control over all aspects of the event. We could easily see that you had everything figured out, and that this was certainly not your first rodeo.

You were patient and took the right amount of time to explain all of the forms we needed to sign for the sale. You presented the information in such a calm and professional manner which made it all so easy to understand. You also explained in detail the overall process you would be using to make the sale a complete success, and for us to obtain the most profitable end results. We all came to a quick conclusion from your initial presentation that you were the consummate expert, and the perfect person we needed to get the job done right.

You idea to combine our sale with the sale of another customer's items worked out beautifully, and helped to make our sale items more attractive and interesting to the customers. Everything was very well priced, and the showcase methods and techniques you used to display and sell our items was most impressive. From day one of the sale to the last, we were informed on how the customer flow was going and specifically which items of interest had sold. We were also give a general recap of what we had made (money wise) during each day of the sale which was so appreciated.

All in all, it was a completely positive experience for each one of us; only made possible because we hired your outstanding company for the job! This letter is to thank you and your team for the excellent work you did in the February 2017 in running the estate sale for my mother's home in the Wurzbach/Vance Jackson area of San Antonio. Feel free to share this as one of your customer testimonials.

As a first-time and a long-distance executor, I was very grateful for the excellent and prompt communication that you demonstrated throughout the process. I appreciated the tact and care that you and your staff demonstrated in dealing with my mother's and my brother's 60+ years of accumulated posessions. If you are searching for the right person to do your estate sale, I highly recommend Crystal Dehaven. She and her team of experienced helpers have had much experience and are wonderful to work with. Crystal aggressively advertises and does thorough research on items she has questions about. Admittance to the sale is carefully monitored and your home is left in good order at the end of the sale.
